Hi, I have a property in Potheri. It takes a one minute walk from GST. Pls let me know if your are interested. You can either have a 2 BHK or 3 BHK. I thought of retaining them,however I am planning to sell one of them now.

Q: GOOD DAY SIR, I WOULD LIKE TO BUY A GRAMA NATHAM LAND AT URAPAKKAM, LAND OWNER HAS A UNREGISTERED 20RS STAMP PAPER SAYING THAT HE IS THE OWNER AND HE SAID HE DID NOT OBTAIN PATTA. IM IINTERESTED IN THAT LAND. IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A REGISTRATION ON THE PROPERTY ON OWNERS NAME ITSELF. WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION NORMS AND FEES.?

Thanks for ur reply sir. i found one more land at urappakam, the land ownerhas give POA to a person, who is dealing with me. He says that in 2008 the owner has received patta(issued in DMK party period) in which it says that after 5years it can be registerd. He doesnt hv any other document. the total land area is 1090sqft. he receivd patta for 950sqft. No valid registered document. Is it possible to do registration of that land.
