Is there seepage problem is Mantri park towers?
Q: I m thinking of buying a 1 BHK flat in Mantri Park on 8th floor. But the flat I saw had seepage on the wall. The broker said that this prob is there in all flats and it is due to leakage in water pipeline and it will be repaired soon by the society. Suggestions please!!!

Yes the leakage prob is still there in almost the entire society. I am also thinking of finding some other flat. the price quoted for the 1BHK is Rs 75 L. i dont want to spend such a big amt on a place which has such a major prob.Yes the leakage prob is still there in almost the entire society.
