Q: I am a software engineer working in ITPL. A friend of mine suggested me that properties are available at lesser rate in Varthur. Is it true? Is it good to invest in that area? As I see there is no good development happening. Roads are congested and no good facilities. Can you guys help me out?

Q: Nelamangala or Varthur? Which area is good for investment purpose with a time period of 3-5 years?
