It offers 1/2 BHK residential apartments. 1BHk from 670-780 sq-ft. and 2BHK from 1020-1130 sq-ft. Current price is Rs. 13000/sq-ft. It will cost around Rs. 87.10 lacs - 1.01 Cr. for 1BHK and Rs. 1.32 Cr. to 1.46 Cr. for 2BHK. It is G+11 story apartments consists 2 towers. It is expected that the date of possession will be December'2016.
