I want to buy 1bhk in VIGNAHARTA residency plot no 6 sector-23, ulve, Navi Mumbai.

Latest Answer: Hi Amit, Actually there is no project undertaken by Parth developers in name of Vignaharta residency in Ulwe. Infact MK Vignaharta is the project which is conducted by MK Group and is located in Kharghar and not in Ulwe.

If a builder asks for any amount for the book value of the property as tax, it has to be paid through cheque or by DD. If the builder is threatening to cancel the booking , you can file a complaint with developer regulatory board such as CREDAI.
