As am planning to purchase 2 BHK property in VBHC, please guide me the Value of the Area in future.
Q: Is the value is expected to go higher? If Yes, then by when? Is Metro is going to be there till Narayana Health? Is Chandapura - Anekal Road is going to be broadened? Are other builders are going to invest here?

Latest Answer: You can expect good appreciation in Chandapura Anekal belt and after few months as Phase II of Bangalore Metro has already got Chandapura circle included in the rail network proposed and is expected that Anekal will be included in Phase III :) :)
