U mean Aashira? I think they have just opened the 3rd edition for sale. The 3 bhk is around 70 lacs I think. They do allow for installments. U can enquire directly.U mean Aashira? Malles is one of the leading builders in Chennai. The project is located in the heart of the city at Kodambakkam and is a very impressive project. It is well designed and will surely appreciate very well. Water logging is common in some parts of the area, but most of the apartments use rain water harvesting and other such options to control it. It shouldn't be a major problem with Malles Radhe Krishna as such i think.Malles is one of the leading builders in Chennai. I had an opportunity to visit one of their projects near Mogappair and must say they have foolproof security in place be it the CCTV or security arrangements which as quite comprehensive but I narrowly missed booking there primarily because of my location preferences.

Hello there. Since the builders are among the top in the city, they have the facility to make sure that water supply would not be a problem.
