Q: I feel confused about the distinction between Co-op Hsg Society & formation of an Association for FLAT owners in Goa. Do Karnataka laws apply in Goa? Do the Byelaws 2009 cover Goa and for forming an Association?

Q: dear sir, i have booked ansal's sushant jeevan enclave in 2010, and paid 6 instalments out of a total 20 instalments. these were time bound and so paid a total of 12 lakh rupees. rest is construction based instalments. but ansal's office is telling that the project is still not started. i want to sell this property. the area is 1706 square feet. ansal's jeevan enclave flats 3 bedroom.

Q: This is Raman staying at Mumbai. I have identified property at SP Ring road, Ahmedabad. The terms of the payment is 20 % upfront and balance 80% post completion after 2.5 years. I need loan of 20% which comes to apprx 3 lakhs. Presently working with private company and the net income pm is 23000.

Q: In 1999, my mother-in-law executed a Will in which she had given her land to my wife and her younger sister with a condition that they will get the the ownership and rights after her death only. My mother-in-law expired and now my wife want to sell the property and buy another property in Hyderabad. Can she selling the property on the basis on the existing will or she need to get a fresh document registered which shows her as the sole owner of the property?
