Resale Flat information needed
Q: Dear Experts, I am planning to buy a resale flat in an apartment and i have few doubts as mentioned below: - Documents required that needs to be collected from the seller for verification ? - Apart from Sale price of flat what are the other expenses that i need keep in mind ? - How do i get the documents verified i.e in short ensure nothing forged ? - Any other tips and tricks best practices ? Appreciate your assistance in advance!
