How much will be all inclusive total cost for 1bhk - 603 sq ft.? what are the components?

HI Chandrashekhar, Nirmal Olympia by Nirmal Lifestyle Group offers 1/2/3 BHK residential apartments from 603-1170 sq-ft. The cost of 1BHK in 603 sq-ft , @Rs. 10400/sq-ft is Rs.62.71 lacs in Wing-C whereas in Wing-A/B it would be around 65.72 lacs, @ Rs. 10900/sq-ft. Rate to be increased by 11000/sq-ft soon.
On enquiry, I got a call from Mr. Darshan Patil of Nirmal Olympia. He told me price is now 82 lakhs for 1BHK 603 sq-ft.
