I have booked a flat in Golf Vista A1 from K.G. Constructions. I had booked this flat in 2011. Now they are saying that
Q: I have booked a flat in Sushant City “Golf Vista A1 block from K.G. Constructions”. I had booked this flat in 2011. Now they are saying that they are having issues in acquiring land for A1 so if I could shift to similar flat in A2. My question is, is there offer genuine? I am suspecting that after getting my consent, they may sell A1 flats in higher price or something? When I asked them for a formal letter, they said that no one else has asked for any letter so why are you asking for this letter? Can someone please advise?
