Q: Did anyone book a flat in Shrvanthi Paramount? Is this approved by SBI ? any inputs on this project would be appreciated. Also let me know what was the final sqft price you negotiated for

Has anyone asked/received CC/OC certificates from them. Is this plan A khata as claimed by them. Pls reply as wanted to invest. regards HIREN
sales guys claim that they get A kahata and few tell that we are not sure if we get because they admit that they are few deviations in construction.
