Q: what is the current status of sipani bliss? is it worth buying? any bad reviews of builder? any issues after booking?

I have seen their project Sipani Grande in Koramangala. I want to know if the project got all the necessary approvals and how is the locality?
Do any one have idea about Bliss-2, how many banks approval they have for Bliss-2.

Hi Rishabh, As far as I know Sipani Bliss-2 has got approval from BMRDA and banks like ICICI, HDFC, LIC Housing Finance and State Bank of India.
Do you have idea if any legal complication with project and if its approved from SBI?

What is the rate per sqft going on in Phase 2 and how much will be the price of an apartment here?
Its only apartment cost, it does not include BESCOM, Legal,car parking, and taxes etc i hope.
