Are clauses of a JD agreement binding on a subsequent buyer if not in final sale deed : Bangalore
Q: Developer and original landlord say that BWSSB charges for the landlords apartments are to be paid by other buyers !!

Latest Answer: I do not think there is any such rule that for the landlords apartment, BWSSB charges are to be paid by other buyers. It is better if you can take advice or suggestion from a legal expert.
