I booked 2 bhk 1025 sq ft size in Wave Royal Castle Independent floors Phase II in Nov 2013, but till now no demand is there and bank approvals and construction is also not started. Q: I booked a flat in Wave royal Castle 1025 sq ft in Nov 2013 but till then there is no further demand as well as no bank approval and construction is also not started. Should I want more or should contact builder on this matter now?

My comments to replies
I also booked in this project but requested cancellation of my unit last month. Wave is making fool. I myself enquired about the site details. There is no work yet started. The land where they are planning to start this project is stuck in legal issues with farmers.
Hi Anup, Have they accepted ur cancilation request n how much time they are refunding money? Are they refunding in full or deducting something. Rgds Rahul
