I have booked Flat in Dreamz Infra "Siddhi" E city. Is it safe decision I have taken? As the site is just digged and I can see no work is startes Infact Dreamz Infra not completed any project yet to feel secure.But I already booked and bit worried by seeing the review in the net. I hope I have tahen good decision but need the help from u guys!!!!

I think No nationalized banks give loan for DC converted lands. Some private banks like HDFC may come ahead to finance you. You can give try on this. Hey Quazi, Dreamz Infra India has completed around six projects till date and around 44 projects are in different stages of construction. There are apartments available for sale in Dreamz Siddhi. What configuration are you looking for?

Every builder has some pros and cons so do they. I would suggest you that before booking an apartment just check all the documents thoroughly.
@Venugopalan, I agree with you. I think builders don't release documents before you pay the booking amount.

Dreamz Siddhi Vinayaka is a pre launched project and they are planning to launch it by next month. The project is known to be approved by BBMP and all the major banks.
@Priyaranjan, Ok, have you booked any flat with them in this project?
