how we check is Modern Heights have GDA approval or not
Q: how we check is Modern Heights have GDA approval or not. Its safe to book a flat in Modern heights near lal kuava.

Hi, Mr Singh, the project is approved by Jhelapanchayat. This is not a GDA approved project. The project is located in rural area,, hence GDA do not approve such projects.. are you looking for investment??? or end use?
I am also about to book a flat in Modern heights. Is it safe if we talk of approvals ?

I am about to buy a 2BHK flat in Modern Heights, Ghaziabad. Is the project approved?
Q: I am about to buy a 2BHK flat in Modern Heights, Ghaziabad. It is situated inside Modern Railway City on NH-91. The flat rates are cheap here and in my budget. But what approvals it has? Is it safe to invest there? I will not be staying there but will put that on rent. It is for investment purpose only. Please advise.

I visited this property yesterday and was convinced but the problem is that this is not GDA approved. It's jila panchayat approved since it lies outside GDA ranges. So bank loans will be a problem so I am thinking to reconsider and go to a builder in Raj Nagar Extension. Can anybody guide me about Raj Nagar extension?
