Would like to know the issue about Environment clearance about this project ? It has hold the construction progress

Hi Shrikant, Though, Tropica Ravet has not received all necessary sanctions and approvals! Considering the current Pune real estate locha, these sanctions may take a lot of time - a few months - but i feel, it's worth waiting for! For government clearence, a process that can take three months to 1 and half years, because developer has to approach over 40 government authorities or agencies involved in the project clearance.
Hi Rohit, Thanks for your reply. so even if these sanctions are pending, my question is : Does it impact to residents after builder gives possession ? Can people start staying there without these approvals ?
