Hi, I was coming across Sai Sumukha nest behind Meenakshi temple in Bannerghatta road. Does anyone know about the quality and dependability of the builder?
The builder have completed one project till now so really cant comment on the construction quality. But around 9 ongoing project which are in different stages of constructions. Sai Sumukha Nest is a ready to move in project and there are apartments for sale. What is the configuration you are looking for?
Looking for a 2BHK, 4 KMS within Kalyani Magnum, 1000+sq ft, budget (with reg) : 45 Lakhs(Max).

I was also planning to buy a 2BHK in DG but as it is on road side I will little circumspect as there are plans to extend the roads that may result in some kind of forced deviation by government. I am still on tenterhooks.
