I hail from middle class, earning 46.5 pm, my loan eligibility is upto 30 lakhs.
Q: Have been born and broughted up in an individual house. looking for an individual property. kindly help to choose the best locality. can go for resale properties or older property as well. pls. advice

All the basic facilities like schools, colleges, ATM, hospitals are nearby. Road connectivity is also good at this location. It is a well connected locality with other parts of the city. Transport facility is also good in this locality.
