Registration fee is the amount charged for keeping a record of the transactions concerning property. In most states of India, this fee is 1% of the property value.
In Andhra Pradesh also, the registration fee is 1% of the property value. It means that if you purchase a property worth Rs. 4100000, you will have to pay Rs. 41,000 as the registration fee.
