The Ahmedabad city is undergoing a major transformation which include infrastructure development, new residential projects etc. In whole, the real estate market of Ahmedabad has gained stability and is now ready to see more growth in near future. I would advice you to keep the flat with you and sale it later.
Hi Rajiv, Thanks for the information. But if you look at last 2-3 years, there hasn't been major rise as far as property is concerned. So any ideas at what time we will see a change?

Hi Vikas, I some what agree with Mr Rajiv and the project is having benefits so dont you worry and keep the flat for sometime and when you see that the property price is increasing you can sell it off.
