I have booked a flat in building no. 33 in Orchid Ozone, Dahisar. Is there anybody else in the same building ?

That is the best way to approach. A team would be better than an individual. The standard reply given is that the building 33 and 34 are going to materialize, and it would take 6 months more. The deposit if asked for may be returned back by builder immediately. We need to ask for interest for the same.That is the best way to approach. A team would be better than an individual.
