Need feedback on Prestige Tranquility
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a 1bhk in Prestige Tranquility. I will use it for 3 to 5 yrs and then later buy a new one. Will it be easy to sell it in future? How about rental values? Also i heard there is some factory nearby and is causing some foul smell. Can anyone confirm it?

HI Sairam, I have a 1 BHK 722 sq. ft to sell urgently. I think the time of 3-5 years would be right to reap actual benefits. There is no smell and moreover all the 1 bhk are situated towards the back side of the project hence it will eitherways not impact you.
