Pratap, I am trapped by paying the amount, waiting since 1.2 years and there is no progress, I came to know that the land itself is not registered yet. When I call they say the agreement is for 18 months and 3 months grace period and they will do it in the stipulated time as per agreement.. Dono what to do,
