How is the Space Kshitij project in Nager Bazar? How good the builders are based on the previous projects?

Thanks for the replies. I was a bit worried about the delay in the project which might happen. I visited the construction site and piling is yet to start there. The marketing team, Pioneer Group claims to have possession by 2017. Any idea on how these people stick to the timelines?Thanks for the replies.
