Any one booked flat in Prajay megapolis Phase 2?
Q: Please don't buy in Prajay, staff is very rude after you pay the money. We booked a flat in Prajay megapolis Phase 2 in feb 2013 now they sent a mail that they could not construct alternatively they told to select a flat in Phase1 with an extra payment of 9lacs for same size which is too much and staff is very reckless in answering to us. can you send me the link to the community in facebook.We have opted for cancelling the flat booking. We were told that our money will be returned through postdated cheques but till now they did not give us any check even after continuous visits to their office..Pls reply if this is the case with anyone or if atleast some part of the amount is returned?
Even I cancelled it 2 months back and still haven't received the PDCs.

I tried reaching the office in person weekly 3 times till now. every time they keep me waiting for an hour or so and they finally give some update saying elections and MD is out of station. Please suggest any solution, so that we could get the PDCs atleast.
