Eklavya thanks for your response. I liked the project because its affordable, what concerns me is the Builder is new and i am not sure if that should be fine. I spoke with the builder and he said this property has a BDA approval, I asked when can we expect OC his response was that he will provde a Building CC on booking as well as mentioned that this is a A-Khata plot. Is there a way we can check if the builder has deviated from the approved palns which might be a hindrence for OC later?Eklavya thanks for your response.
