Any feedback on builder reputation, which all projects they have done earlier?

They claim to be the builder for crescent mall and cresent apartment as well within Sushant Golf city, not sure as not enough information available. Being a new developer and selling the project on a low price creates a sense of doubt in investing at pre launch stage.
