What is the market price of Rohini Sector.3? Also please indicate the Sq.ft. price in this area?
Q: The price offered here for a two-storey individual house in Sector-3 Rohini is around Rs.62L. Is this the correct value or does it command more price?

The location of my house is almost on the main road to Avantika, with all kinds of facilities. But It is a cornered plot and the age of property is 20 years.
