There are two residential apartment and one service apartment under construction proposal. Only ground work started till date. Price quoted for service apartment 1 bhk now @7,600/Sq feet all inclusive. Is it worth investing at the rate mentioned & did any one check the documentation part like required approvals, title deeds etc. Pls reply back.

Smondo by Patel Realty is the smart design at smart price in the functional smart location. The central location helps everyone to save precious time and to reach offices and other places on time because the exact location is Hitec City, Gachibowli. It only offers 2/2.5/3 BHK residential apartments. 2BHK in 990 sq-ft, 2.5 BHK in 1120 sq-ft and 3BHK from 1400-1435 sq-ft. Current price quoted by the developer all inclusive is Rs. 5250/sq-ft. So, the rate which you have mentioned is quite high. Even the residential apartment price in the locality is Rs. 4000-4300/sq-ft.
Hi Dhananjay, Thank you very much for information. Along with 2 residential apartment, 1 service (Hotel) apartment as well constructed by Patel group for which rate quoted to me for 1 BHK service apartment is 7,700/Sq feet (all charges included in price mentioned). Considering service apartment pls provide your views will be price per square feet is high ?
