I am interested in sai purvi constructed project in gunjur. how is the builder and how do they execute their plan?
Q: I have seen some complaints from the owners. I want to know whether the floor plan is as per the brochure picture and with the same measurement as promised. Thank you for your replies if I get any......

Latest Answer: Hi I too have visited the site a couple of times but astonished that there is no physical advertisement. Moreover last week they said they are yet to get approval from all the above banks and financial institution mentioned by them in the brochure. But investment wise and cost wise the project is very lucrative but 1 thing is they say they'll complete the project in 3 years which is a bit strange as all builders take 2-2.5 years for similar projects.
