Actually, Khalista which is a project of the Olive builders has 5 towers. Of this 3 towers are actually ready to move in. The work of the 4th tower will finish in December 2015. This smart grid system is much more efficient when it comes to collecting digitised data and executing the distribution and supply of electricity. So obviously this will be a welcome change to the lives of us Kochiites. Ok so currently this is a 500 m stretch and completely riddled with a number of potholes. We find it extremely difficult to drive over this place. ITs harder when we are taking a bus in this route. The corporation is going to thoroughly check every building permit application, especially for the projects that are happening in the Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ). This was regulated by the mayor of Kochi actually. So I think they are taking this whole debacle rather seriously. I came to know that the locality of Athani has a good residential ambience here. It has a mix of greenery. Many residents are into farming.
