Hi Friends, I have booked 1BHK flat in Balaji Kalash Phase 1 in Feb' 13 and paid 20% amount. But registration is pending till date from the builder. Even construction is going very slow.
Builder is telling the project is going to be affiliated by CIDCO and delay is because of the same.
Do anyone have any other/correct information for delaying registration as well as construction.
I went to book yday..n read ur post ...u mean to say ur flat is still nt registered ??

I want to invest in virar, what is per sq ft rate u can expect from builders in virar? What will be the best place to buy/invest in a flat?Will it be Palghar, Boisar, Badlapur, Nerul, Virar. Where will the Appreciation value will be the highest in the next 4 to 5 years from now?Please suggest me ASAP as I am looking to buy a Flat at the earliest.
Global city is quoting 4200 /sq ft..is DAT too steep...how much acc to d experts sud we pay /sqfeet

I think you can fetch excellent returns in 1-2bhk flats on gb rd which should be located close to the main Ghodbunder Road. General understanding is to hold a property for atleast 3-5yrs to fetch excellent returns.
