I need a noc format to sell a property that is in my and my father's name.
Q: The property is in my and my father's name. I have a sister. I want to sell the property. Do i need a noc from my sister? If yes, what is the format?

Latest Answer: HI Shruthi, As per my Knowledge If this properties is in your name and your father name then there is no need of NOC from your sister. in case of paternal properties you have to take noc from your sister also as per new law amendment.But it is not mandatory it is optional.
