Q: Is it right time to buy plot or independent house at Gated community@ameenpur area, Hyderabad ? I heard that rates will come down in coming months ? It would be really great and much appreciated if you suggest me on this concern.Thanks

PRICE: 30, 00,000/- TO 37, 00,000/- Its Gated community with all amenities ( Manjeera Water, Club House, Inverter provided,Mini Bus, Children play Area, Shuttle Court, Compound wall with Solar fencing & Many more……….) In 10 Acres of Area , total venture plan is 194 independent houses,they planning to construct. Extact Location is Ameenpur. From Sridevi theater to Shankar green homes it will take 4 Kms. Can anyone please suggest ,Is it good to take the independent house at this venture ?
