Apartment house in a gated community as an investment
Q: I am planning to buy an apartment house in a gated community in Hyderabad. Here is my requirement. 1. Area - Hi-Tech City, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kondapur and 5km radius of Cyber towers. 2. Budget - 80 to 90 lakhs. 3. I can wait for 3/4 years, if a good property is under construction. Please do consider my requirement and suggest me few good options that I consider.

Villa or an apartment house in a gated community ?
Q: I am looking to buy a house in Hyderabad and I am software employee.Please Suggest me which is better for me a "Villa or an apartment" ? I am thinking of it as an investment. Because right now I am in USA and may come to India after 3/4 years. if I extend my stay in USA after 3/4 years I should be able to sell my property with good appreciation. Hope you understand my current situation, please share your thoughts on this.
