Accessibility to Sobha Sunscape
Q: Dear All, I am planning to buy an apartment at sobha sunscape. I have a couple of questions related to approach road leading to the apartment complex 1. Is it safe to drive at dark esp after 9pm? 2. I read a newspaper article that a leopard was sighted in the off the nice road/kanakapura road is safe for the residents ?

Even I have read the news about a leopard sighted in Kanakpura Road. This news came around two months back. I do not think it will be right to drive at late night :( :(

Kanakapura Road is one the prominent localities in Bangalore. Now an acre of land in the area is running at Rs 9-10 crore which is expected to rise by 10% to 15% in the next five years. Kanakapura Road has great connectivity to Electronic City, Hosur and Sarjapur. Apart from these, the place also has a close proximity to Jayanagar and JP Nagar. BMTC bus services are there. In future, the connectivity will improve with Metro in place
