pl tell me about the project proprality pratham in lucknow
Q: pl tell me how much the builder pays to the govt as development charges and at what rates should we pay to builders and at which stage of construction plan of apartments.

My comments to replies
Hi, Currently the construction work is in full pace and expected to complete by December'2017. The project are located off Amar Shaheed Path, which is the city’s new prime destination. Launched with much fanfare, all project has received building plan approvals.
Ravi ji, with due regards i did n t get a satisfactory answer, looking for a good reply
