Hi Preeti, As per my knowledge, recently, a number of developers have come up with subvention schemes, where property buyers need to pay a small amount of the property at the time of booking and the rest can be paid at the time of possession. This schemes are new a new form of bank financing for home loans.
Hi Preeti, In my point of view, under the subvention schemes, the banks disburse 80% of the value of the property to the company and instead of passing the payment discount to the customer the company pays the interest component to the bank on behalf of the customer for the specific period as per the subvention scheme plan .

Hi folks!!!! We all know that the government has recently identified 98 cities for the Smart City Project. And fund for 20 cities have been distributed. But funding for these projects and its execution will be a major challenge for companies. There is no doubt that this mission is expected to improve the quality of life for citizens of these cities. It's a good thought Devesh........"Thoda Khaye But Achcha Khaye" .....Govt. should think over this policy first.... If we look at the list of cities which have been selected as smart city, many of them would already have annual municipal budgets running into multiple times of this figure. On the other hand, there are few states which have shown doubt for implementing the scheme and if there is not enough support from them in terms of funding and administrative help, it would be difficult to take this scheme to its reasonable result.

Guys, I think really it is a very nice conclusion by Supreme court , where farmers are able to get 64.7% of additional compensation. As well as property buyers could understand their property investments will take off in this region. This order will help in attracting investors by wining their trust , which will help Indian Economy as well as real estate progress & development . Builder quoted price is around 3500/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around 2018 July. Construction work in on full swing.
@ Sai, According to me, this project has spread over 10acres of land, having approx 6 towers of multi story buildings. From this total 6 towers , construction work of tower A & D (front facing) is up to mid level. Tower B & Tower C has excavation work completed. Other two towers has digging work started. This project has G+29 floors of high rise buildings.

Q: Does anyone know what is the Construction update of "OASIS Grand Stand". Me and my friend invested in this project three years ago and since then I have not seen any construction. This project has approval from YEIDA( Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Area ). Banks approving loan to this project are Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank. This project has spread over 10 acres of land , with 11 towers. This is multi story G+18 floor apartment.

Well, yes there has been some improvement in the price. Price has definitely increased. This is a UP govt approved , gazetted & notified green hi tech township project . Did you make conversation with the builders? What is he saying? Ask the other flat owners about the current project status. Q: Hi, I have booked flat in Amrapali Centurian Park Tech zone IV, possession (low rise). Booking was done in 2010. But on the name of possession builder is lying. Every time I meet them they says in next 6 month you will get it. Last week (10-may-2016), I visited the flat and surprised to see that construction is stopped from last 5-6 months. Only flat skeleton is there. By looking into situation it seems it won't be ready in next 2 years also. I want to file a legal case on builder. If there is any buyers association please link me with them. I am struggling a lot as I am paying rent and EMI both.

Hi Kumar! I booked a flat in the L tower seventh floor of Amrapali Golf homes project on July 2010, in the builder- buyer agreement it was mentioned that the flat would be handed over by 2012 Dec. Since then they are giving a new possession date every time. Now they have a given a new date of possession i.e April 2017 and i am very much sure that wouldn't be able to give the possession this time too.Hi Kumar! The only reason why people avoid Greater Noida is because of distance but It is a far better maintained and planned region compared to Noida and has a better authority relatively speaking when it comes to maintenance and upkeep. Better to buy in main Gr Noida around Pari Chowk. Builders entering residential projects has little or no effect.
