Agreement date is different than the rera date
Q: I have booked a property, however the possession date of that property is different in both sale agreement and rera. For ex: as per agreement dec 2021 and as per rera website dec 2023 Builder is saying he will deliver it as per agreement date. Can i trust him, will he deliver it as per agreement date and if not can i complain and claim for compensation.

Latest Answer: It is clearly mentioned on RERA website that a builder can not provide wrong information about its project on their website. I am sure that you will not get your flat possession by 2021. Whatever date is mentioned on RERA website is the correct one and go with that 2023.
