Thanks Mr. Singh for your reply. I am completely agree with you. As per agreement the possession has to be given in July 2012 with the grace period of 3 months i.e. till October 2012. As per penalty clause in the agreement should give 10/- per sq fee per month. But inspite of sending 3 request to release the said payment, no body is responding from Amrapali..
