I intend to purchase a plot in Ansal Essentia in Sector-67 Gurgaon. Is their any ban by Govt.in construction there?
Q: I understand that on Suprme Court directions to investigate all land deals in sectors from 58 to 67, Haryana Govt.has issued directions to stop constructions in these sectors. Please enlighten on on this fact

My comments to replies
The 1,400-acre land is being used to develop urban residential and commercial Sectors 58 to 63 and Sectors 65 to 67 in Gurgaon. SC direct to Gurgaon collector to file an affidavit, furnishing the list of such agreements between the landowners and private entities, along with all other requisite details. so it is Good to wait and watch before buying property.
Thanks. Similar impression i had got from some other source as well.
