Planning to buy 1 BHK for rental purpose in siruseri, chennai. Pls advice rental in the area Flat- 458 sq ft
Q: its about 458 sq ft and has a car park, planning to furnish with AC and some stuffs. Pls advice how much rentl i will get in siruseri area. Flat is just 1 km from sipcot signal. Will hand over by April 2015.

Hi Mr Kumar, As per my knowledge,this location is close to OMR . In chennai siruseri is known as an IT Hub. SIPCOT Industrial Park & TCS are the major infrastructures here. This area is well connected to other parts of the city by city transport & railway. Due to this it is expected that rental value will increase . Current average rental price is 6000/- to 7000/- in siruseri. Definitely it will hike in coming days .
