Yes you're right. All that is left to be done now is the laying of pipes through the Aroor Railway cross to provide water to the Aroor and Chellanam reservoirs. There arent that many apartment units in the building. Each floor has a 1 bhk, a 2 bhk and a 3 bhk apartment, so thats a total of 3 apartments per floor. But, actually, for Goshree bridge, i think that the construction of the bridge got delayed after one of its spans sunk, no?
