This project has been stalled for some time now. And thank god that it has picked up some pace. It was launched in 2007 and it kept getting delayed as it was not getting commissioned and there were leaks in the pipelines. So these are all apartments under the Ansal Florence Heights project. The project building is this huge 11 floor tall structure. But there are in total less than a hundred apartment units here. If you ask me...all reusable and recyclable material should be collected and handed over to scrap dealers. If workers, who are employed to collect waste find these materials useful, residents shouldn't charge them for such material.
