Well now its a High Court order to continue work here, so whatever protests or disruption happens here, the police will get involved in providing necessary security cover to the construction site and also for the workers. As of now the work has resumed and zero-tolerance attitude has been adopted. Yes the entire project wont be done so soon. That date is set for 2020. Only the first phase is going to be ready by 2015. the seaport-airport road is actually a very strategic road in kochi, but right now there are much issues about the traffic in this road. the government initiative is to widen the roads. The first phase of this project is about to finish.
Yeah, the widening of the seaport-airport road, especially the two kilometer road between HMT junction and Bharathamatha College at thrikkekkara is almost finished. Now, i think the plan of four laning will start. it will continue up to the Eranakulam Collectorate in next two or three weeks.

This project has been stalled for some time now. And thank god that it has picked up some pace. It was launched in 2007 and it kept getting delayed as it was not getting commissioned and there were leaks in the pipelines. And along with Kochi, other nearby area like Kumbalam, Kumbalangi and Chellanam panchayats will be benefited by this project. :)This project has been stalled for some time now. yeah..even the connectivity to the city of Kochi or the large town of Aluva is very easy from this part. For the residents, the locality has more than enough in this locality itself. there are many shopping outlets and complexes in this region including Samson towers, Municipal Shopping Complex, St. George Parvelikudy Super Market, Neha Shopping Mall, Moolans Mega Mart, Archies store and many other shopping centres.
oh, that's amazing, if you talk about the connectivity, the main central road and the aluva Munnar road can never be forgotten. these two roads intersect each other at Perumbavoor. the perumbavoor town is a very well developed town with a popular KSRTC bus stand that provides bus services to various parts of kerala.

but i dont think that you will be able to get possession now, the possession date has been announced as from Dec 2015, so thats practically a year from now. So these are all apartments under the Ansal Florence Heights project. The project building is this huge 11 floor tall structure. But there are in total less than a hundred apartment units here. I think one of the best things about this project is its location. Its basically on the river front, right in view of the backwaters, since its located on the Puthiyakavu Kureekkad Road in Tripunithura. Its located pretty close to the SH 15, so thats easy for travel.

If you take my opinion I would tell you that Shwas Fortuna is a good bargain because it is slightly cheaper than most of the gated communities that are available in the area. The price per square feet is only around Rs. 3400, this place is good for investment purposes. I was checking out the floor plans online and these look good enough for a bachelor. Three bedrooms with attached toilets and 2 balconies. A common drawing/ dining areaand a kitchenette with a dedicated washing area. If you ask me...all reusable and recyclable material should be collected and handed over to scrap dealers. If workers, who are employed to collect waste find these materials useful, residents shouldn't charge them for such material.
