The flat is made as per the Vaastu rules. moreover, this is very near to the infopark actually..Only 10 minutes drive from here. There are some very good facilities like an amphitheatre, play area, swimming pool, a club house, tennis court, badminton court and all the odd basic facilities that you can usually see in a luxury apartment. a nice choice, in my opinion.The flat is made as per the Vaastu rules. moreover, this is very near to the infopark actually..Only 10 minutes drive from here. Also the metro authorities were alerted about the drain issue after the dumping of slurry into open drains. this clogged up the drains and there was stagnating drain water all over the area. Actually Aluva is facing acute water shortage because of the high level of salinity in the Periyar river that pumped water into the locality. Tripunithara is a nice locality. the area is well connected to the rest of the city. Even the Vytilla Hub is easily accessible from here. Hey, I think there is some bridge construction going on in Kadavanthra. I think this will make the land more valuable here. As this is a quite expensive area, there is also a rising demand for land here. See the market is already doing good because of the existing Kalady bridge. Vennala is famous for the Mahadeva temple there and also for the Kottangavu Bagavathi temple here. And you can get many comfortable villas here for your family. they are starting at around 80 lakh rupees i think. :) The real estate market of Vennala keeps changing a lot all the time. Hey I dont think that the Sobha hi tech city is any where close to completion, This project had faced a lot of opposition form environmentalists and has recently got the permission to go ahead. I dont think that it will be completed anytime soon. the social infrastructure of the Panampilli nagar is quite well established. They have hospitals like Panchajanya Ayurveda centre, Chaithanya Eye Hospital and Research institute, Dr. Vijaya Gynae and Endoscopy hospital, Peejays polyclinic and Child Guidance, Heart Care centre and chaithanya ENT Hospital etc.
Hey, apart from these, you can see that there are some very good schools and other educational institutions in this area like Corporation of Cochin Government High School, Professional Nurses Academy, Centum Learning Institute, Kangaroo Kids, SmartKidz play school etc.

hi, talking about the apartment, you can get good facilities there including a good swimming pool, a garden, a play area for the children, 24 hours power backup, security that also includes intercom facility etc. They also have a gymnasium inside the apartment project.
I think only one type of unit is there, the 4 bhk. Though the area is very spacious. The area of the 4 bhk is 4000 sq. ft.!!! Dont be surprised about the price, it is 8000 rupees per square feet. The approximate sale price of the flat is around rs. 3.20 crores.

I know a little about the area nearby, because I live around there only. Its located on the Alwaye- Ernakulum road near the NH47. Also the Periyar river flows by close. I really like the amenities being offered in this project, I mean of course all the basic things like garden swimming pool, etc are there. There is also a nice gym and a separate jogging track. The price rates of these villas havent been announced publicly as of yet. But they all are pretty big. The 3bhk villas only are a whopping 9557 square feet huge. Hello. The Verandah Gardens is a residential project taken up by Infra Housing Private limited. It is in the Kakkanad area of Kochi which is know to have some of the best SEZs and IT corridors in the vicinity which means the area is pretty highly rated.

Hi there, I think this locality is primarily a residential locality. You see, most of the properties that you will find here are individual houses as well as villa type houses in this area. You cannot find any apartment in this area, though.
This is the same situation for the hospitals and other health care infrastructure facilities. You cannot find any hospitals here. The nearest hospitals in the nearby locality are SB Dispensary, Lourdes Hospital, KPM Clinic, Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala etc. etc.

Pathadipalam which is in Edappally is a very good spot especially which is well connected not only by road, but also by the railways. If you are from any other place in India, you can easily reach this region via the railway. The Ernakulam junction south railway station is around 12 km from here. You can also find the Edappally railway station very near to the Pathadipalam town. but here, many trains do not have stops.

Hi, I would like to share some information about the price of the apartments here, in case you are interested in buying apartments. The price is somewhat similar to the price of Kalamassery as it is very close to the Kalamassery town. According to the present market conditions, the rate of the apartments is around rs. 3965 per square feet. If you are planning to settle down in this area, then I think that entertainment and recreational stuffs may also matter. Here, this locality is very near to the Edappally. See, the LULU mall which is the largest mall in kerala as well as Oberon Mall is located near to this area. Yeah..one more thing I would like to add is that the Airport connectivity is also very good. You know, the Cochin International Airport is around 32 km only. You can reach there in around 1 hour. Here, mostly you can find only the individual houses as well as some luxury villas..But towards the Ettumanoor Ernakulam road there is an apartment I have seen called Seetharam Complex. There is also one another apartment complex called Royal Enclave West near to the Champakkara Canal. Even though there is a good leap, I am of the opinion that the supply is still grossly inadequate when compared to the potential demand. For example, Kakkanad is the city's IT destination, there will be huge job in the coming years. I was checking out the floor plans for a 3 bhk in the building and was surprised to see that the rooms and the hall look spacious, even though the size area of the flat is just 1474 sqft. The price range for the apartments start at around Rs.30 lakhs and goes upto Rs. 52 lakhs. The project looks good but I think it is still under construction. It falls under your budget requirements so it looks like a good choice for you.

I heard that at least it will take one year to complete the Edamon-Kochi segment of the Thirunelveli-Madakkathara line once the work is started. Asset homes are the builders that are taking up the construction work of the apartment project. These builders have already established residential projects in Kochi, Kottayam, Thrissur, Trivadrum and Kannur. I am guessing that they are currently developing several other residential projects in Kochi apart from Asset Versatile. I think these builders have a good reputation in Kochi.

Oh..this was the part of the same construction of four flyovers in kochi no? Earlier, in 2014, early on itself the minister for public work had announced the completion of the feasibility study for the 4 flyovers at Vytilla, Palarivattom, Edappally, and Kundanoor junctions. HEy, it is the quarry strike that is hampering the availablity of granite. Yes, your friend was telling the truth. An agreement for building two double-ended Roll-on Roll-off vessels for the Kochi Corporation was signed in the city on Monday by the corporation and the Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL).

I know that last year, a bridge was opened at Thiruvairanikkulam. I got to know that the prices of the apartments in this region has come down a little bit during the last quarter of 2014. Now the trend is almost rising one. This is a good time to invest. Right. This road is not at all fit for the general public to use. I mean 15 minutes is definitely worth if if it can save your life. I think that the proposed project for building the Solar city in Kochi has got its first instalment of funds. The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy has released Rs. 19.42 lakh as the first instalment of the preparation of a master plan for the development of Kochi as a solar city.

You know what..there was a meeting of the kochi corporation council meeting that is held recently approved the budget for 2015-16 with amendments that include proposals mooted by the opposition.
