The flat is made as per the Vaastu rules. moreover, this is very near to the infopark actually..Only 10 minutes drive from here. Also the metro authorities were alerted about the drain issue after the dumping of slurry into open drains. this clogged up the drains and there was stagnating drain water all over the area. Actually Aluva is facing acute water shortage because of the high level of salinity in the Periyar river that pumped water into the locality. Tripunithara is a nice locality. the area is well connected to the rest of the city. Even the Vytilla Hub is easily accessible from here. And you can get many comfortable villas here for your family. they are starting at around 80 lakh rupees i think. :) The real estate market of Vennala keeps changing a lot all the time. There is also one another apartment complex called Royal Enclave West near to the Champakkara Canal.
