One thing you should know about Vaduthala is that this place is a little accident prone, mainly caused by all these narrow roads here. The residents even complained about this. Hey, the very famous Kerela University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies is 9 km from this place. closest railway station is Nettoor railway station, which is 12 km from edakochi. oh, this is a good initiative in regard to providing more comfort to the users. but, i am not sure how much this will work. There were instances where some other modern bus shelters were established in the city. But now these are in a neglected condition. Moreover, there are also other complaints that some of these hi-tech bus waiting shelters are set in improper locations where there are no bus stops. This is the case in the High Court area. They are planning to set up a shelter there, but there is actually no bus stop there. oh, this is a good initiative in regard to providing more comfort to the users. but, i am not sure how much this will work. Despite all this, I think this is providing us residents of Ernakulum with some greenery. Its like a nice park. If it had become a cultural hub, then it would have been all crowded and noisy. I think in the long run it might draw in more sponsors, but as of now we are just enjoyed the beauty of this place. they are providing good facilities guys. i heard that there is a good play area for children. they have community hall also for conducting some functions and all. there is good garden also. Along with this there are other facilities like 24 hours backup, rain water harvesting, fire fighting system, and sewage treatment plant.

They are offering all basic facilities like swimming pools privilage club house, a park, recreational rooms, health facilities and a drivers lounge area.. Hi, i think Vrindavan Phase 2 is the one for you. Not only is the construction still in progress, the project also has 4 BHK villas available. Moreover, the apartment is located convieniently and is close to all important locations in the city, which will add to ypur convinience.

By the NH 209 you mean the Sathyamangalam road right? Thats what its called in here. Also I bet you didnt know that the actual postal name of Kovilpalayam is actually Sarcarsamakulam. People also refer to it as S S Kulam
Actually the popularity of this locality lies in all these temples here. Kaalakaleshwara Temple, Kavayakaliamman Temple, Sakthimaariamman Temple and Veeramachi Amman Temple are the popular ones here. I think the locality is ideal for people who want to lead simple lives, away from all the noise of the city.

Ok so the project that you have selected for your family home is basically a villa project. But actually its a good move because nowadays villas are getting more popular than apartments. Yes but not just that, there is a lot of extra space also available under the project. There is a car porch, with space for 2 cars. Let me tell you about the exact prices of the 2 BHK flats here. The price per sq feet of built up area is Rs. 4150 and the prce for that is Rs. 55.56 lakhs which seems pretty fine because it is very close to the commercial areas.
Hi there mate, apparently the built up ares of the apartments in this project will go from about 1339 sq. feet to 1799 square feet. While the former is the dimension of the 2 BHK flat, the latter is the dimension of the 3 BHK flat.

if you are looking for information about the railway connectivity in this region, i would like to say that it is very near to the the Edappally railway station that is good for short distance travels.. But, if you wanna take a train to north india or any long destination, the you have to go to the Ernakulam south Railway station which is at 13 km from here.

Talking about the connectivity here, I would also like to mention that the popular Ernakulam Junction South railway station from where all the trains to various destinations have halting is just 18 km from here. Actually, not only the connectivity via road is good. i think that the connectivity via railway is also very good in this region. for local travelling, you can easily access the Edapally or Kalamassery railway stations. The one close to the Infopark is the Tiknar Voyaage. I assume you are talking about that. The good thing is the builders are quite good. Not any serious black marks on their profile. There's been opposition in every step. There are somewhere around 29 traders in this area of which most of them are tenants. The project is more or less happening for sure. But it all depends on the entire plan. Once the revised presentation is approved by KSUDP experts , work on transforming Fort Kochi and Mattancherry into a heritage town, following the global standards fixed by Unesco will be started.The project is more or less happening for sure.
