Is it worth buying in nandi citadel, comments plz
Q: hello.. planning to get a property in bangalore.. I am thinking about getting one from Nandi citadel ( bannerghatta road ) any insight... please feel free to suggest alternatives. thanks for your help Regards Shiv

My comments to replies
It is an ongoing project and the project has got all the necessary approvals from BBMP and major banks. The project offers 2 and 3 bhk units with area ranging from 1000 sqft to 1650 sqft. The price they are quoting for this project is also quite affordable as compare to the locality.

In Bannerghatta Road, you can look for Mahaveer Zephyr by Mahaveer Group. Purva The Sound of Water by Purvankara, its a villa project and the price is on the higher side. Nitesh Hyde Park by Nitesh Estates which is again another affordable project and the project is expected to get completed by August, 2017. Hiranandani Queensgate an on going project by House of Hiranandani. The price of units here ranges from Rs 31 lakhs to Rs 92 lakhs approx.
