I booked A730 unit in palm groves project 3 years back n been sold to 2 buyers
Q: I booked 3 years back A730 3 bhk unit by paying 1.22L loan praposal sent to iifl that te in between I movedback pune due to health issue later found it is been sold to anither investor yet no clarity on this unit, can expert advise plz

HI Neel, I would like to suggest you take the advice of a legal expert in this matter. I am sure, he will guide you in a proper manner. Do you have any proof that can be present as evidence that the said flat belongs to you? Did you get any receipt for the payment you have made already? Collect all the paper and consult a good lawyer. Thanks
